§ 13.28.030. Installation—Authority.

A water service installation shall be made by the city or by a contractor acceptable to the city. The service will be installed at such location as the applicant requests, provided such requests are reasonable. The service will be installed from the city's water distribution main to the curb line or property line of the premises, but within the right-of-way or easement of the city as provided in Section 13.28.100.
