§ 13.28.020. Other than single-family dwellings.

When a person requests a water service connection or revision of one for other than a single-family dwelling, the manager shall determine the minimum size of the service pipe and meter to be installed. This determination shall be based on the applicable sections of the city's plumbing and building codes, fire ordinances and requirements of the State Department of Public Health and other authority having jurisdiction.
