§ 9.28.010. Obstructing entrances prohibited.

  • It is unlawful for any person to loiter or to stand or sit in or at the entrance of any church, hall, theater or place of public assemblage so as in any manner to obstruct such entrance. A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
