§ 8.40.180. Site requirements.

  • A.

    Each trailer site in an auto and trailer park shall not be less than one thousand five hundred square feet in area, nor less than twenty feet in width. Each trailer site shall be numbered or otherwise marked for identification purposes.

    B.

    No trailer coach shall be located closer than six feet from any building or another trailer coach; provided, however, that this does not apply to a compartment containing solely a private toilet or bath constructed for the exclusive use of an occupant of a trailer site designed for the occupancy of one trailer coach, except as designated in Section 8.40.310.

    C.

    Each trailer coach and each building shall not be located closer than five feet from a lot line.

    D.

    Each trailer site shall front upon a driveway of not less than twenty feet in width. All driveways shall have clear and unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare. Each trailer shall be parked on each site with the hitch fronting toward this driveway.

    E.

    An auto and trailer park shall not accommodate any trailer coach when there are no available trailer sites within the park.
