§ 5.72.250. Notice requirements—Filing.

A.

All notices provided for in this chapter shall be prepaid registered mail addressed to the parties as follows: To the city, to the city clerk, City Hall, Anderson, California, with a copy to the city attorney, City Hall, Anderson, California; to the franchise holder, as provided by any franchise granted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

B.

All matters provided in this chapter to be filed with the city shall be filed with the city clerk.
