§ 17.62.010. Establishment of design review committee.

A design review committee shall be established consisting of three members who shall be entitled to vote: one planning commissioner, one public works department representative, and one police department administrative representative. The planning commission member shall be appointed as recommended by the chairman of the planning commission, and approved by the planning commission. The planning commission member shall serve at the pleasure of the planning commission. The public works department representative shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the public works director. The police department representative shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the chief of police.
