§ 13.56.010. Shut-off without notification.

  • In case of fire, or alarm of fire, or in making repairs, or in constructing new work, the city may shut off water from any customer or number of customers without notice and keep it shut off as long as it is necessary. In case of fire or alarm of fire, the city may prohibit the use of fountains or yard sprinklers.
