§ 10.52.060. Standing in street prohibited—Exceptions.

No pedestrian shall stand in any roadway or street other than in a safety zone or in a crosswalk if such action interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.

This section shall not apply to any police officer, surveyor, street sweeper or other person when necessarily upon the street in line of duty.
