§ 10.24.050. Compliance with stop signs required.

No operator of any vehicle or streetcar shall fail to stop such vehicle or streetcar at every stop sign erected and maintained pursuant to this title at the entrance to any intersection before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic-control signal.

A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
